Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using services provided by Pills2Me, Inc. ("Pills2Me," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, SMS Terms, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Pills2Me Does

Pills2Me is a courier and technology company. We arrange the pickup and delivery of prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and related items from licensed pharmacies to the address you provide. Pills2Me is not a pharmacy and does not dispense medication, provide medical advice, or practice pharmacy. Dispensing decisions, counseling, and clinical questions remain the responsibility of your licensed pharmacy and prescriber.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the parent or legal guardian of the patient, to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (including delivery address and phone number), for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account.

4. Orders & Delivery

• Orders are subject to pharmacy availability, prescription readiness, and applicable law.
• Delivery times are estimates. While most deliveries are completed in minutes, we do not guarantee a specific delivery time; traffic, weather, pharmacy processing, and other conditions may cause delays.
• Certain medications (including many controlled substances, refrigerated products, and specialty items) may require additional verification, adult signature, or may be ineligible for delivery.
• Someone 18 or older may be required to be present and to present a valid government-issued ID at delivery. If we cannot complete a delivery after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to the pharmacy.

5. Fees & Payment

Delivery fees, service fees, applicable taxes, and any tip are shown before you confirm an order. Medication costs and copays are charged by the dispensing pharmacy, not by Pills2Me, unless stated otherwise. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for amounts you approve.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

7. Text Message Notifications

If you provide a mobile number and consent, we send transactional order and delivery text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Full details are in our SMS Terms & Conditions.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by providing false information, ordering medication for someone without authority to do so, attempting to obtain medication unlawfully, interfering with drivers, reverse engineering our apps, or using the service to violate any law.

9. AI Assistant

The Pills2Me AI assistant helps you place and track orders. It provides logistics support only and does not provide medical, pharmacological, or legal advice. For clinical questions, contact your pharmacist or prescriber. In an emergency, call 911.

10. Intellectual Property

The Pills2Me name, logo, apps, website, and content are owned by Pills2Me, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pills2Me and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to Pills2Me for the order giving rise to the claim, or $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pills2Me harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these terms or applicable law.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date, and continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
