SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

Pills2Me, Inc. ("Pills2Me," "we," "us") sends text messages to customers who have provided their mobile number and agreed to receive them. Messages are transactional order and delivery notifications only — for example, order received, pharmacy confirmation, driver assigned, driver en route, delivery completed, delivery exceptions, and replies from our customer care team or AI assistant about your order. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

2. How You Opt In

You consent to receive text messages from Pills2Me when you:

• Create an account or place an order in the Pills2Me mobile app and check the SMS consent box next to your mobile number;
• Create an account or place an order in the Pills2Me web app at app.pills2me.com and check the SMS consent box;
• Submit a form on pills2me.com that includes a mobile number and the SMS consent checkbox; or
• Verbally provide your mobile number and agree to delivery text updates during a phone call or at pharmacy intake. Verbal consent is recorded in our system with the date, time, and the agent who captured it.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services. You may use Pills2Me without enrolling in SMS.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your order activity. A typical order generates approximately 3–6 status messages.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Pills2Me does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply based on your plan.

5. Opting Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts from this program.

STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT

Sample opt-out reply:

Pills2Me: You are unsubscribed from Pills2Me order alerts. No more messages will be sent. Reply START to resubscribe or call 725 331 9654 for help.

6. Rejoining (START)

If you change your mind, reply START, YES, or UNSTOP to the same number, or re-enable SMS notifications in your Pills2Me account, and message delivery will resume.

7. Getting Help (HELP)

Reply HELP or INFO to any message for assistance, email help@pills2me.com, or call 725 331 9654.

8. Carriers & Delivery

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and other participating carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside Pills2Me's control.

9. Privacy of Your Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers and consent records are used solely to operate this messaging program and are shared only with the messaging service provider that transmits the messages on our behalf. Order status messages are written to minimize protected health information; we do not include medication names or diagnoses in text messages.

10. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or the parent/legal guardian of the patient, and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you must update your Pills2Me account.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
