SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

Pills2Me, Inc. ("Pills2Me," "we," "us") sends transactional text messages only to three kinds of users who opt in:

• Patients: delivery status updates for deliveries they requested, including when a driver is assigned, the delivery is on the way, the delivery is complete, or the request is cancelled because no driver was available.
• Delivery drivers: alerts that a new delivery is available near them.
• Partner pharmacies: an alert when a new delivery order is placed with the pharmacy.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

Messages are written to minimize protected health information; they do not include medication names or diagnoses.

2. How You Opt In

All SMS options are off by default and are not bundled with any other agreement. You consent to receive text messages from Pills2Me when you choose one of these opt-in points:

Consent is given directly to Pills2Me, Inc. It is never collected by a third party, never inferred from account creation or checkout, and never bundled into another agreement.

• In the Pills2Me app for iOS or Android, or at app.pills2me.com, go to Account → Text messages and switch on “Text me delivery updates” (patients) or “Text me new delivery alerts” (drivers). Texts go to the mobile number on your profile.
• Patients may also tap Enable on the optional “Get delivery updates by text?” card shown after placing an order.
• Partner pharmacies enter an alert number and switch on “Text alerts for new orders” on the pharmacy portal Account page.

Every opt-in point shows the consent disclosure with links to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy. Each opt-in is recorded with a timestamp.

By turning this on, you agree to receive automated text messages from Pills2Me about your deliveries at the number on your profile. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services. You may use Pills2Me without enrolling in SMS.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Patients receive up to 4 messages per delivery. Driver message frequency depends on available deliveries, with at most one alert every 15 minutes. Partner pharmacies receive one message per new order.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Pills2Me does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply based on your plan.

5. Opting Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts from this program.

Supported opt-out keywords:

STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT

Sample opt-out reply:

Pills2Me: You are unsubscribed from Pills2Me order alerts. No more messages will be sent. Reply START to resubscribe or call 725 331 9654 for help.

6. Rejoining (START)

If you change your mind, reply START, YES, or UNSTOP to the same number, or re-enable SMS notifications in your Pills2Me account, and message delivery will resume.

7. Getting Help (HELP)

Reply HELP or INFO to any message for assistance, email help@pills2me.com, or call 725 331 9654.

8. Carriers & Delivery

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and other participating carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside Pills2Me's control.

9. Privacy of Your Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Pills2Me does not sell, rent, or lease mobile phone numbers or opt-in data to anyone, and does not engage in affiliate marketing or third-party lead generation by text message. Mobile numbers and consent records are used solely to operate this messaging program and are shared only with the messaging service provider that transmits the messages on our behalf. 10. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or the parent/legal guardian of the patient, and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you must update your Pills2Me account.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
