• You get 100% refund of the total amount if you cancel an order before it is accepted by a driver.
• You get 50% refund of the delivery fee and 100% of the tip (if applicable) if you cancel an order after it has
been accepted by the driver, but has NOT yet been picked up from the pharmacy.
• Prescription orders cannot be canceled after they have been picked up from the pharmacy.
• You get NO REFUND if you cancel a non-prescription order (e.g OTC item purchase) after it has already been picked up from the pharmacy.
• Refunds will be processed within 48 hours, but might take longer to get to your account depending on
your bank/financial institution processing times.
